About me: I am a 24yo student attending CSULB and I am looking for a roommate. I work as a customer service supervisor at the Marina Del Rey Hotel. I listen to all types of music and I do watch anime from time to time. I have a strong athletic background and like to participate in almost every sport. I am very sociable and more extroverted. About the room: Private, medium-sized furnished bedroom in a gated 2 bed / 1 bathroom apartment very close to LMU (3 minute drive). The room gets great direct natural light and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and nightstand, plus a dimmable lamp and dimmable room lighting. Closet/storage is available (closet is located just outside the room). The apartment includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and a high-tech air fryer/toaster. Laundry is on-site, and parking is free street parking. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Security deposit is $1,000. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only (not inside); vaping is allowed. No pets. I’m looking for a respectful roommate who keeps common areas clean (medium/high cleanliness), and I’m open to students (preferred) or working professionals. Great location: about a 15-minute walk to the beach, 10-minute walk to a supermarket, and about a 10-minute drive to LAX, with multiple parks nearby in a safe neighborhood. Tours available on weekends.
