Hi, my name is Shivein. I’m moving out after this semester and looking for someone to take over my apartment on a one-year lease starting July or August. It’s a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit at Playa del Oro—just a 5-minute walk from campus.

Rent is $1,500 per month, including utilities. The building is pet-friendly and includes parking and access to a swimming pool. I’m also selling my furniture if you’re interested.
