Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hi everyone! My name is Erik, and I’m an incoming graduate student at LMU starting this August. I’m currently looking for housing for about one year and am excited to connect with potential roommates.

I’m from Salinas, CA, and a working professional and a first-generation graduate student who takes pride in being clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a calm, positive home environment and do my part to keep common areas tidy. I’m responsible with bills, communicative, and mindful of others’ schedules.

Lifestyle-wise:

I typically keep a structured routine during the week with school and work. I consider myself a quiet, low-key person at home and enjoy having a peaceful space to rest and recharge. I’m respectful of noise levels, especially during evenings and early mornings. I’m comfortable living in a household that values cleanliness and mutual respect.

Outside of school, I enjoy film, watching sports, staying active, and exploring the city. I’m looking for roommates who are responsible, considerate, and easy to communicate with, and I’m excited to create a comfortable and supportive living environment together.
