Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

I’m a senior at LMU majoring in sociology and will graduate in December. I already have a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, a 5-minute drive from LMU, but am looking to fill a room as my roommate is moving out at the beginning of August. I have already fully furnished the living area and kitchen. Attached are pictures from the original listing from last summer. Rent is $1,222.50 a month plus utilities. The apartment has an AC Unit, a Heater, and the building is gated. There is a small closed courtyard right outside our door, which is where the washer and dryer are located.
