We have 2 LMU female students in the other 2 private bedrooms and seeking a 3rd LMU female (preferably) to rent the master bedroom (below pix of the master bedroom and ensuite bath). The property is located in North Inglewood, 3.9 miles (10 min.) from campus via Manchester Blvd. It is available to show (text 323-687-3358) and move in asap. The Master bedroom is a king bed ensuite, 55" TV in the room, double vanity sink, jetted tub with rainfall shower panel tower and massage body jets, and one parking space in the attached garage. The private bedrooms are centered around communal spaces - living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office (remote study workspace, gym/yoga, etc.), guest bathroom, and patio. This all-inclusive co-living condo comes fully equipped with modern furnishings and "all" of the required household essentials. The property is gated and has surveillance cameras. The property has been consistently rented since March 2021. We are open to school-term leases. Thank you!
