I am a premedical postbaccalaureate student at LMU. I started in May, but have to move out of my current apartment due to a family emergency with my current landlord. I'm looking for an older undergraduate, graduate student, or young working professional to room with. My budget is up to 2000 but preferably closer to 1600 monthly. Looking to move in at the start of July, but have some allowance to push that date back or bring it forward. I graduated from Cornell University in December 2024 with a major in Enology (the science of winemaking) and a minor in Food and Agricultural Business. Among other reasons, I am changing careers in order to expand my impact and work an environment that better suits my personality. My goal is to become a surgeon or emergency medicine physician. I am not a partier, I don't smoke, and I drink only occasionally despite my former career path. I am a very active individual with many physical hobbies including hiking, backpacking, surfing, lifting, basketball, and swimming laps. I'm also an avid reader, I leathercraft, I have a small potted plant collection, and just got into woodworking. I am an early riser — I get up at 6:30 am most days and would prefer someone who is similar in that regard. I'd like to be friends or friendly with my roommate. I am pretty tidy but definitely not a stickler when it comes to cleaning. Looking for someone I can be comfortable hanging out with and who is okay with sleepovers and hosting friends at our place.
