First off the landlord is AMAZING. Helpful with a everything i’ve ever needed. I’ve lived here for the past 6 months and it is the best place i’ve lived so far within my 4 years at LMU. All you need is a toothbrush, your clothes and everything else comes included which makes the living and move in process a breeze. The living space in this penthouse is wonderful: spacious living room, amazing kitchen, huge TV, the bedroom is awesome with a TV in it as well. There is a pool and a jacuzzi that are so nice to use. This place is extremely safe and has a private walk in making it excluded and extra safe. It’s so close to school I walked a lot when I lived here. Overall, I recommend living here 10/10. Hope this helps with living choices!
