I already have an apartment secured about 10 minutes from LMU and I am looking for two girls to fill two bedrooms. The two roommates would be sharing a bathroom. The lease would cover Summer Session A and B and continue through the fall semester with a 12 month lease preferred. Rent is about $1,300 per month per person. Hey y'all, I'm a grad student entering LMU's SFTV Writing for Screen program in the fall. I'm looking for two or three responsible, but fun roommates to split an apartment or home with! I'm hoping to *maybe* get a cat once I move, so you must be pet friendly. Some things that are important to me in a home are an in unit washer/dryer, a decent amount of counter space in the kitchen and a dishwasher. Also good lighting and white countertops are a personal favorite of mine.

Hi, my name is N'dia (pronounced like the country India! :)) I'm 22 and originally from Maryland/New Jersey which is why I'm seeking roommates.
