Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2BA house (ADU). Master bedroom has private bathroom, the other bathroom is located ajacent to second and third bedroom. The house is approximately 3-4 short blocks from the RAMS'S SoFi Stadium and the CLIPPER'S INTUIT DOME. The house is approximately 6 miles from LUM (maybe 20 minutes driving). It is very close to 105, 405 and 110 FWYS and approximately 15 minuted from the beach. The house is gated, has central air and heat, wifi, queen size beds, TV in each bedroom and living room, and an in-house washer and dryer.

Rent entire furnished house: $4,500/month which includes all utilities, wifi and free parking, and security lighting outside on property. OPTIONAL: twice-a-month cleaning of shared spaces (Kitchen, living room, laundry area, and bathrooms for additional $450/month. Ideal for a family, or 3 students who want to rent together (all 3 names on lease agreement).

Rental of the entire unfurnished house: $3,700/month. Occupants pay electric, gas and Wifi. The landlord pays water. If overuse of water, price increases. So we have to be mindful because we are in drought conditions.

Alternate rental consideration: Rent each of the three bedrooms in the furnished house to individual students who want to rent a room and be responsible for their own lease agreement. Each bedroom has access to shared living spaces, all utilities, wifi, and twice a month cleaning of shared living spaces (Kitchen, living room, laundry area, and, bathrooms included in monthly rent. Free parking and security lighting outside on property.

Each bedroom is priced separately:

Master bedroom has private bathroom and rents for $1,750/month.

The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and each bedroom rents for $1,650/month.

Note: If overuse of utilities, price will increse. So we have to be mindful because we are in drought conditions.
