Hi! I'm Nelly, a psychology major, looking for 1-2 roommates with a move-in around August.
I'm hoping to live near LMU with people who are respectful, clean, and have a balanced lifestyle. I really value a calm, positive home environment during the week, while still enjoying being active and exploring on weekends.

My own room (non-negotiable)
Prefer own bathroom but open to sharing
Clean, respectful, and mindful roommates
No heavy partying / frequent late-night noise

I'm very routine-oriented and usually start my days early (gym, walks, coffee, etc.). I enjoy staying active, going to the beach, trying new coffee spots, and working on personal growth. I'm social but also really value my alone time and a peaceful home space.

Hi Nelly, I think you'll love my place - it's just 5 minutes from LMU and in a very safe area. l've had great experiences with LMU students as tenants in the past. The apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom in Playa Del Rey, with a large private bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate two people. The building has only 19 units, pool and laundry, very safe parking situation ( I have a few options) , it's quiet and peaceful neighborhood . Rent is $1350.
