We have a spacious, renovated, fully furnished three bed/ 2.5 bath, 1,600 sf property. The Master bedroom ensuite is available. We have 2 LMU female students in the other two private bedrooms and are seeking a 3rd LMU student (female or male) to rent the master bedroom.

The property is in North Inglewood, 3.9 miles (10 min.) from campus via Manchester Blvd. It is available to show (text 323-687-3358) and move in asap. The master bedroom has a king-bed ensuite, walk-in closet, a 40" TV, a double vanity glass and wood sink, a fully tiled jetted tub with rainfall shower panel tower and massage body jets w/niche, tub/shower half panel door and one parking space in the attached garage. The private bedrooms are centered around communal spaces - living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office (remote study workspace, gym/yoga, meditation, etc.), laundry area, powder room, and patio. This all-inclusive co-living condo comes fully equipped with modern furnishings and "all" of the required household essentials. The property is gated and has surveillance cameras.
