Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hey everyone! My name is Matt, I'm a senior SFTV screenwriting major. I'm reposting this with a few photos included.

I currently have a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that is a 2 minute drive (8 minute walk) to the campus back gate. It's a modern and spacious unit with AC in the bedrooms, garage parking and a nice kitchen. Rent is $1400 plus utilities, and it's a 12-month lease beginning August 15.
