Looking for Housing for Fall only
Hey there, I'm Marisa. I'll be a junior studying international relations major. I'm looking to move in either at the end of July or beginning of August. I'm going abroad again so I will be done around december.
What I'm looking for:
My own room (absolute must)
Prefer own bathroom (but open to sharing)
At most 3 other roommates (female or male, idc)
No heavy partying
Budget: Anything less than $1950
A little about me:
I'm respectful and clean. I work 20 hours a week on campus and I'm active in a number of activities. I have a very routine based lifestyle which makes me very consistent on a week-by-week basis. I'm both up late and sometimes have to get up early. I can be quite social but I also deeply value my peace. I'm into gaming on my xbox and I love animals so if there's pets, I'm happy. I like cooking healthy, making coffee, and I go to the gym 3x a week.

Hi Marisa, I think you'll love my place - it's just 5 minutes from LMU and in a very safe area. l've had great experiences with LMU students as tenants in the past. I live in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Playa Del Rey, with a large private bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate two people. The building has only 19 units, pool and laundry, street parking but have options*, quiet and peaceful neighborhood . Rent is $1350.
