Hi Alumus here, I have a room in 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Fountain Park Playa Vista Low-Income Apartment

To qualify for this unit, you must have low income <40k/year. The rent price has a range as the exact rent will be based on your and the roommate's low-income housing application.

This unit is a great deal and has suited me well for the past 5 years. It includes a tandem parking spot, shared large patio, decent sized living room/dining room, decent kitchen, central A/C, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a large, shared bathroom. The apartment complex includes a gym, pool, hot tub, and gas grills.

The unit is 3-bedroom 2-bathroom. You’ll be living with two other roommates. The bathroom is shared with one roommate whom you also share a wall with. Both the roommates are men and are clean and respectful.

Monthly rent will range between about $1040-1150 upon approval. This includes water, trash, internet/cable, sewer, hot water utilities. This does not include gas and electricity. Electricity varies between 50-150 every two months. Gas is about 5-15 per month.

The bedroom for rent does not include furniture, however I will sell my Casper mattress and Zinus bed frame for $300 combined.

I’m moving to live with my partner, otherwise I’d be staying at this great apartment.
