Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hey guys! My roommates and I are looking for one more person (either a girl or a boy in theirs 20's) to take a private bedroom and shared bathroom in a 3bed/2bath apartment, literally in front of the college. Rent would be $915 +utilities.There are three of us. We'd like to apply in two weeks.

No pets, no smoke or alcohol, clean and respectful, steady job and +650 credit score or being able to get a co-signer.
