Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hey everyone! I’ll be out of town for a few weeks and renting out my room from Dec 12 – Jan 5 in Westchester (super safe area, really close to LMU and LAX).

It’s a furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom, $380/week with all utilities included. The house has free street parking, central heating, a fully functional kitchen (stove, fridge, oven), and laundry on-site. The place also gets cleaned every couple of weeks, which is a nice bonus.

Grocery stores (Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Vons, Bristol Farms) are just a quick drive away.

It’s a comfy, low-stress setup — perfect if you’re visiting LA for the holidays, need a spot near LMU, or just want a safe and easy place to stay for a few weeks.
